Thankfully, progress on the Savannah property was not waylayed by the holidays. Framing was completed prior to Christmas and immediately thereafter, the house was wrapped and plumbing completed. Doors and windows arrived on January 4th and work on electical is slated to start the week of January 8th. We are planning a weekend trip to Savannah with the purpose of taping the floor to determine furniture placement in the main living space. Scale is important and we want to make sure that we purchase furniture that is appropriate for the space. We have been incredibly fortunate not to experience any delays or inability to obtain products needed to keep the project on track for an anticipated April completion.
