Spray-foam insulation was completed last week and dry wall was delivered. Installation of the dry wall starts this week and should be done by the 6th or 7th of March. Once dry wall installation is finished, exterior paint, garage door installation and flooring will be doing in. We expect March to be a very busy month. We are trying to finalize furniture selection and we’re getting very excited about the prospect of a May move-in. We still haven’t found a cabinet manfucturer and that one loose end is somewhat disconcerting. We’re holding on to the fact that everything has gone so smoothly thus far so hopefully this situation will fall into place.
