We are making great progress toward completion! A cabinet maker was identified and we will be able to get the kitchen, pantry, bathroom vanities, and great room feature wall done for an affordable price! Interior trim was finished in the week of April 8th and interior painting is currently underway. The well installation was completed as well. Once interior painting is finished, electrical finishing will take place. We have quite a bit of smart switches and network cable to connect so this is anticipated to take 2 weeks. Grading of the lot will start the week of April 16th. Our cabinet manufacturer anticipates having our cabinets mid-May. We will then be able to proceed with countertop fabrication. I am starting to get psyched about zeroing in on a move-in date! Dublin, GA has been great but I’m ready to shorten my commute to 15 minutes!
