May is getting off to a great start! Our landscaping has begun with the staking out of the driveway and front walkway. We are anticipating concrete being pourted 5/7. We have been having great weather and exterior painting has begun as well. The interior electrical is almost finished. Hopefully, Georgia Power will come out this week and connect the permanant power which will allow HVAC to be fired up and wood flooring aclimated which will permit install in the following week. The only wildcard is cabinets. Can the fabricator deliver on his mid-May pledge? We can only wait and see.
