Georgia Power installed our meter yesterday (5/21/24). So we are now officially connected to the primary electrical source! Workers were at the lot yesterday applying stucco to the foundation. Our cabinet manufactuer assured us he would be installing the boxes before the end of the week. Now that the electricity is on, the HVAC technician can turn on the AC which will give the hardwood flooring a chance to acclimate to the interior atmosphere of the house. Hopefully, they’ll begin laying the flooring next week. We also anticipate the countertop installer to come out and template the counters with the cabinet install underway. We are travelling to St. Simons Island, GA on 5/23/24 to enjoy a long Memorial Day Weekend! We are excited to be so close to ultimately taking possession and moving in!
