The long Memorial Day Weekend kicked off with a fantastic start! Our cabinet boxes were installed on Thursday, May 23, 2024. We took a leap of faith in securing this fabricator that we found on Next Door. We were assured the install would start “mid-May”. Thankfully, Dave Turner, our fabricator, kept his word which is a relief because now the countertop company can come out and take measurements and template the countertops. This week, we expect the AC to be turned on which will give the flooring time to acclimate to the interior climate. Flooring installation should start the week of June 3rd. June is going to be a pivotal month as so many things need to take place; completion of electrical, installation of door handles, interior painting, plumbling completion, applince ordering, furniter ordering, and landscaping. An early July move-in is looking more and more like a reality!
