Hopefully, we are now about 5 weeks away from completing our Savannah, GA dream home! Our landscaping plan has been approved by the HOA. We will be planting 2 Japanese Maples, 2 Eagleston Holly, 1 Trea Olive tree, 6 Abelia plants 11 Prinble Podocarpus, 12 Whorled Class Viburneum, 11 Frost Proof Gardenia, and 2 Washingtonia Palms. We were at the site on Saturday, June 8th and we were surprised at how different the site looked. Our next door neighbors, which are a week away from move in had their sod installed and it was magnificent! Our irrigation system has been installed and we expect sod to be planted this week. Our electrical is turned on and HVAC should be activated on June 10th which will allow the hardwood floors to aclimate with installation starting this week. It’s starting to feel like the long slog of the last 2 months is almost over. We already have friends and family lined up for visits in August!
