Hardwood flooring installation started on Wednesday! We are having the floor layed in a diagonal pattern in the great room area. We were originally set on having a herringbone pattern but changed our minds due to the potential for a lot of wasted material and the precision required for installing with this pattern. Another exciting element is the completion of our next door neighbor’s home. They are moving in today, Friday, June 14th. Now that their project is completed, our general contactor will be devoting his full time and attention to getting us finished! We are still hoping to be in mid-July which is coming up very rapidly!
