Paddock Fencing Installed

Our paddock fence was installed today. The HOA requires the fence in front of every property to adhere to an equine community asthetic. The fencing will be painted black. It really gives our property a finished look. Also underway is the installation of the front steps which will be made of Ipe, a wood similar to teak. The wook will compliment the front door. The plumber was also onsite and has installed the faucets and disposals in the kitchen. The one sticking point are the wall mounted commodes. We ordered replacements for the two prior purchases (which we returned) and these aren’t going in either. Our contractor advises that if we can’t make the wall mounted commodes work we would have to dig up the concrete, tear out the in wall tank unit and covert to traditional floor toilets which we do not want to do. We have found to replacements that have the mounting access on the side. Hopefully, the third time will be the charm!
