As of 7/18 alot has been accomplished! On Tuesday, July 16th, we passed our inspection for Certificate of Occupancy! This is a huge deal as it is needed by our bank to convert our construction loan to a conventional mortgage. Our front steps which were fabricated with Ipe wood have been completed and really transforms the front of the house. Electrical is wrapping and we have a tentative install date for cabinets which looks like 7/29. The pod stat had been in storage for over a year arrives on 7/19. We have been in Savannah all week and plan to spend the last weekend in Dublin packing.
