Home Alone

My husband Ken left on Friday, September 13th to visit his Mom in Norwalk, CT. with an expected return on Wednesday, September 18th. This will be the first time I have had the house to myself. Although it isn’t a large as our former Atlanta home, it’s still strange to be here alone. Oddly, the house feels empty with just one person here. While I enjoy the alone time, I always miss the company of my mate! I have spend the time enjoying our projection screen and watching scary movies which Ken does not enjoy. I’ve also made use of the kitchen. On another note, we finally got our path lights installed and they look great! We’ve also put in a fire pit in the back. Ken has been working on the automation and sensors are installed in our bathroom and walk-in closet making using the light switches unnessecary. Looking forward to October and our plannted trip to Peurto Vallarta for Ken’s Birthday! Holidays are right around the corner!
