We decided to spend the long Memorial Day weekend in our favorite place – Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! We left early Friday morning and arrived in the afternoon. Leaving the PV airport always feels like a warm embrace from an old friend! It was conveniently located with most of our favorite spots within walking distance. There was also a delightful rooftop pool with a view of the ocean. The bonus was it happened to be Gay Pride weekend in Puerto Vallarta! There’s a reason Puerto Vallarta is a mecca for the LGBTQ community – we are welcomed and embraced here!
