April is here and Spring is well underway in Savannah! March was hit or miss weather wise with a smattering of warm days and those were the heat had to be cranked up! LOL We seem to have settled into a pattern of high 70’s. We also had the customary 2-3 weeks of everything being yellow and coated with pollen! Fortunately for me, I don’t suffer from alergies, although my husband has been miserable! The lawn is greening and our trees have regained their leaves. We were particularly concerned about our crepe Myrtles especially the first one we planted because it appeared to be dead. To our surprise, it was just dormant. Hopefully it will give us a beautiful display of blossoms. I am once again enjoying sitting on the porch at sunrise and enjoying my morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature. Life is good!
